Recommend TomTom part 9A00.183 Goose Neck mount for any beanbag dash non-slip pad. If you plan on using this with a beanbag dash non-slip mount for CA or MN, it won't fit. The mount is the standard one that comes with the TomTom One 3rd edtion and it's nice the car charger is included, but it should come with the little black dash mount (not included). Also TomTom should sell the mount separate (incase you just want the mount)without having to buy this kit.
My Tom Tom is custom mounted & hard wired in my car,this spare set is good to have for multiple cars & rentals without removing the charger & mount from my primary vehicle.
I'll see how long this new one lasts. The original adapter that came with the Tom Tom unit was quite flimsy and the wires came out of the unit within 6 months. Suction works well on window. I just needed the electrical adapter but they apparently only sell the adapter with the mount.
its worth it. and you can remove it very easily so you dont invite a thief (scum of the earth) to smash and grab. this is perfect for your car. minimal fuss, you can place it where you like, the suction works like Electrolux ie it sucks.
The price was perfect being close so close to Christmas, thanks. My dad is enjoying his gift.
